Integrations connect Underlayer alerts and workflows to external destinations such as email or webhook receivers.
How integrations are used
- Alert channels route notifications to your on-call path
- Workspace members with permission can configure available channels
- Rules reference these channels when dispatch failures match thresholds
Permissions
Organization policy controls whether members can manage integrations via members_can_manage_integrations. Owners and admins can always manage them.
Recommended setup
Configure at least one reliable primary channel before enabling failure alert rules in production workspaces.
